The install was completed on a Saturday morning which included running some new pipes under the pavers so the heater could be installed at a more convenient location as we didn't have too much space where the pump is located. They also went that extra step and moved my outlet pipe to make it much more convenient for me at no extra charge or inconvenience to them. We are thrilled with our Solar heating, installed by NCS. They were professional, well priced, and nothing was too much trouble. When we noticed that the location of some of the plumbing meant it was harder to access parts of our pool pump, they came back the next day and reconfigured the whole thing for us. They even came back a year later to move some pipes for us as we were installing a new deck. They were great to deal with, the product is top-notch, and we couldn’t be happier.
