Recently purchased solar heating, a salt water filter, salt chlorinator and pool blanket from NCS pool heating. The service was efficient fast and professional. Tradespeople cleaned up after themselves and we found the service fantastic, trouble free and are thrilled with the result of the heater. In fact we had to switch it off as the water became too hot! A great experience from this company. highly recommended.
We are thrilled with our Solar heating, installed by NCS. They were professional, well priced and nothing was too much trouble. When we noticed that the location of some of the plumbing meant it was harder to access parts of our pool pump, they came back the next day and reconfigured the whole thing for us. They even came back a year later to move some pipes for us as we were installing a new deck. They were great to deal with, the product is top notch and we couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommended.

I recently had a 13kw Electric Inverter Pool Heater installed by Shane and Nick. Shane came out and assessed my site, provided me with various options to suit my pool and provided a competitive quote. The install was completed on a Saturday morning which included running some new pipes under the pavers so the heater could be installed at a more convenient location as we didn't have too much space where the pump is located. They also went that extra step and moved my outlet pipe to make it much more convenient for me at no extra charge or inconvenience to them. The whole process from start to finish was seamless, stress free and the heater is working great. Lara in the office took care of all the paperwork and payments and was a pleasure to deal with. If you need pool heating i would not hesitate in recommending NCS and will definitely use them again if ever required.
