NCS installed our pool heating system and pool blanket in 2019 and have serviced both the heating system and the main pool pump system ever since then. They have always been very responsive whenever anything has needed to be done and always worked around our schedules to find a convenient time to attend. They always turn up on time and get the job done and follow up if anything can't be completed on the day. Pricing has always been very competitive and the team are great to deal with.

NCS Pool heating was good to deal with. There staff are friendly and helpful. After recent storm damage NCS dealt with my insurance claim to replace my damage pool cover. I am more then happy with their service delivery and installation of a new pool cover. I would recommend them for any pool heating supplies.

Communication was polite, prompt and helpful throughout. I received notifications throughout on estimated arrival times, due to weather interruptions. Service for removal and installation was professionally executed by two technicians. They did not waste time, or play music and cleaned up after them. Very satisfied. Highly recomend.
