You don't need a pool to go solar with us. But if you have one, it's often the biggest power user in the house, and that's where having one team plan everything pays off. We design your solar panels around any solar pool heating already on your roof, so you get the most out of the space you have.
Home Battery Systems
A home battery stores the spare power your solar panels make during the day, so you can use it in the evening when the household load picks up.
You can install a battery at the same time as your solar panels, or start with panels and add a battery down the track. Any federal battery discount you're eligible for comes straight off the price on your quote.

Run your pool on sunshine
Pool filtration and heating can be one of the largest contributors to a household's power use. Pool pumps and heat pumps mostly run during the day, which is exactly when your solar panels are producing power, so more of what you generate goes straight into your home and pool instead of back to the grid.
Add a battery and you can store spare daytime power for the evening, when the household load picks up.
Already have pool heating?
You don't need to remove your existing solar pool heating. We design solar electricity panels to work alongside it, using your roof space as well as possible. If you're planning a heat pump, we can size your solar to suit it.
Interest-Free Loan Option
Through the NSW Government's Home Energy Saver program, eligible households can borrow up to $15,000 interest-free for solar panels and batteries, and repay it over up to 10 years. Federal discounts on eligible panels and batteries come off the price as well.

We check your roof's size and direction, remotely using aerial mapping where possible, so you don't need to wait for a site visit to get started.
Design and quote
You get a system designed around your home, pool and roof, with any rebates you're eligible for shown on the quote.
Installation
Our licensed solar electricians install your panels, inverter and battery, and connect your pool equipment if needed.
Switch on

Do I need a pool to get solar panels from NCS Power Solutions?
No. We install solar panels and batteries for homes with or without a pool. If you do have a pool, we can also connect and plan for your pool equipment.
Can solar panels power my pool heat pump?
Yes. Heat pumps run on electricity, so solar panels can supply the power they use during the day. A battery can store spare solar power for use later.
Do I need to remove my existing solar pool heating?
No. We design solar electricity panels to sit alongside your existing solar pool heating where your roof space allows.
Can I add a battery later?
Yes. You can start with solar panels and add a battery down the track.
Is there a NSW government grant for solar?
There isn't a general NSW cash grant for solar panels at the moment. Eligible households can get federal discounts on panels and batteries, and the NSW Home Energy Saver program offers zero-interest loans of up to $15,000. See our NSW solar and battery rebates page for details.
